1. How long does it take for my product to arrive? 

The delivery time for your order is influenced by several factors, including:

  • The specific product you've ordered
  • The location of the printing facility
  • The destination country for delivery
  • The size of your order
  • Current network conditions
  • Your chosen shipping method

We are committed to providing extensive global coverage, delivering to over 200 cities worldwide. With local production capabilities in 32 countries and a network of more than 130 print partners, we work diligently to ensure prompt and reliable delivery of your order - most of the countries have an average delivery time of 3-5 days.

Please keep in mind that the estimated delivery time includes both : 

  • Fulfillment time: This refers to the time needed to create your products, which can vary depending on the product type and complexity.
  • Shipping time: This encompasses the time it takes for your order to be delivered from the print partner to your specified address. Shipping time can fluctuate based on factors such as the production country, delivery country, selected shipping method, network status, and other unforeseen circumstances.

While we make every effort to provide accurate estimations, please note that the provided delivery dates are indicative and not absolute guarantees. Delivery times might vary in situations involving large orders, complex formats, certain delivery locations, or special circumstances.

2. What if an order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. 

Criteria for Lost Orders

Before contacting us about a lost order, please confirm the following :

  • The shipping address provided is correct and complete.

  • You have contacted their local post office or the shipping carrier to attempt to locate the order.

  • The order is not marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

  • Several working days have passed since the estimated delivery date (remember, the lost order claim must be submitted within 30 days of this date).

  • There are no recent updates from the shipping carrier in the tracking link.
